I know what you mean, Ike! That show is going to be solid as all get up. Originally, that show was suppose to be in Mt. Vernon and was just being billed as Generico getting a return match against Espinoza and I was planning to go. But then, a few weeks ago, they moved the show to Matoon and it turned into something completely different and completely awesome. However, moving it that far away has killed my chances of going because I already have something planned for the 17th in Nashville (non-wrestling) and then the big IPW show is on the 20th in Indy and I already have a ticket for that one. So, going to Matoon is just too much, sadly. It sucks because I would have loved to have seen the Davey vs. Shank match. Oh well...

I don't know what's going on with PWP's Sunday Mt. Vernon shows. I think they are trying to get away from running shows there, which is a little strange since the one show I attended there (the one with El Generico) was actually a fairly decent draw for a tiny little Sunday afternoon show....there were maybe about 35-40 people there. The show they had with Jay Lethal was held there in Mt. Vernon a couple of weeks ago, but since then, I haven't heard anything about them running any other shows there.
Apparently, they're hyping a Sept. 10th show in a town called Mason, IL. with the main event of Christopher Daniels vs. Oliver Cain vs. Mark Sterling. I'm not sure who this Sterling guy is though.
