Here's a link to one of the reports that contains licks to more detailed reports: www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/186902Truly sad news that I didn't expect to read today. I honestly feel as though a part of my past has died because I can remember seeing Savage work at the Coliseum way back in his pre-WWF days. I've said it before, but his feud with Adrian Street was one of the most violent and downright awesome things I had ever seen at the time. Also, his matches with Lawler back then were nothing short of epic. It reminds me of some darn good times that I'll never, EVER forget! RIP Macho Man!

Cavedweller thank you for the link. Sorry I did not post but I was in major shock and was on a computer I could not stay on.
Last year in what has become a yearly trip to Treasure Island, Florida. This was the home of Randy Savage. We where in this restaurant eating and I spotted this guy across the room with a group of people who until this day I believe to be Randy Savage. I had only seen Savage once with the white hair and that was right before we left to go down there. So as we where eating I kept looking over and kept thinking this has got to be the Macho Man. I will for ever kick myself for not going up to him but I did not want to disturb him while he was eating with his family nor did I want to look stupid if it was. I understand if you take a Dolphin cruise they show you where his house is.
My memories of Randy wrestling was well before his days wresting in Evansville. He wrestled in his fathers promotion called ICW Wrestling. based out of Kentucky. This came on TV on Friday nights over in Illinois. I think was the best wrestling promotion ever. Randy would feud with his brother Lanny,The Original Sheik, Ronnie Garvin, Ratyms ( spell wrong ) OX Baker, and Paul Christy all great feuds. The greatest was when he wrestled Crusher Broomfield ( One Man Gang ) in a nearly one hour street fight.
I regret I never saw Savage wrestle in person as far as I can remember. Every time ICW came to Mcleansboro, Randy would wrestle in another town. Randy thank you for the memories RIP.
