All this talk about CCW DVD's has got me thinking about some of the great matches this guy had while in CCW. I know he has had some problems backstage, but i know he has recently had some personal things happen to him and maybe he has turned over a new leaf. When you think about the history of CCW, this guy has to be right up near the top. When you laid down 10 bucks and JC was on the show, you knew he was going to give you your moneys worth. Everyone deserves a second chance and if CCW was willing to give Pothead another one, JC deserves one even more because i cant remember Pothead ever giving me my moneys worth. Anyhow, i noticed JC has started taking bookings again and id like to see him. Who is with me?

JC was not afraid to put his body on the line each and every night when he wrestled in CCW. JC and his cousin Simon Sezz had some good technical bouts, some good tag team matches particularly with The Nubian Dragons (Hizaya and Poison Apollo Starr), but JC was always special for what he would do at such a young age (19-20 then) in hardcore matches with Necro, Pondo, Ian, etc. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and time heals old wounds.

I like JC as well and was all for giving him a second chance after the windshield fiasco. CCW did just that and gave him a chance to come back for one of the Memorial shows. JC no showed and thats that. He was given a chance and he blew it. Why should they risk another no show?

Actually they did advertise the card as the much awaited return of JC Bailey. He was either to wrestle Necro or Pondo that night I don't remember which one. We ended getting Pondo and Necro anyway, but JC Bailey would have been a great addition to the card.

Hell yeah he should get another chance. If wrestlers didn't get booked because they no-showed before, then there would never be a good independent show.

We ended getting Pondo and Necro anyway, but JC Bailey would have been a great addition to the card. he was scheduled to go one on one with Pondo that night, and Pondo took on Necro and The Convict, but it seemed more like Convict was in a handicap match against the two of them, and that wasn't the only time that JC no-showed, there was one other time later that year he was scheduled and no-showed again

Thanks biglee, I couldn't remember the specifics. Convic got KILLED that night. That dude was bleeding from head to toe. If I remember right didn't they put him through the log cabin of light tubes in the middle of the ring? I seem to remember something like that.
I like JC's work as much as the next guy, but you can only give him so many chances.

That was the night that Convic, without a t, earned a little respect from me. Until then i thought he was a no talent guy who just took lighttube shots. He put his body on the line that night, for the fans and i respected that. As for JC, i think he has been through some things in his personal life and im hoping he has learned a lesson from it. I mean if you book him again and he no shows, thats it, but really, what can it hurt to just book him again. The guy has just as much talent as anyone currently working in CCW, so i dont see what it would hurt.

Obviously, I too would like to see JC back as well, as he is an awesome talent (hardcore or regular matches). It sucks that he makes such bad decisions. That was the night that Convic, without a t, earned a little respect from me... For me, Convic lost any respect he ever gained from that night the next time I saw him. He is a cutter or something. After the match was over, he pulled out the blade and just started cutting the crap out of his arms in plain sight. He never even took any light tubes to the arms, so it didn't even make sense.

Never knew JC was a death match guy before that video BigLee posted. All I have seen of him was working regular singles matches for IWA:MS. He took some sick bumps in the video and from the sounds of it the guy has alot more potential then what I have seen, so I wouldnt mind seeing him back.

I remember that as well. The dude just started cutting his chest in the middle of the ring. I haven't seen him since.
