So far this show is really shaping up nicely. Thus far we have...
Chase v Dreamer Chuck Taylor v Christopher Daniels JP Lighting v Shank w/ Tony "The F'N Man" Kozina Metal Master
Thats a lot of talent so far. Most on a card since the first VIP show for sure. Chuck v Daniels is worth the price of admission by itself. I know Kozina always traveled with Full Throttle back in the VIP day. I dont know if Marino is back to 100% but if he is, they would be a great addition to the card. Ive heard a lot of rumors about Nick Brubaker being used as well. I know he travels with Zero G. Zero G vs Full Throttle 2 would be sweet. Maybe Kozina v Brubaker too. Im excited to see some of these guys coming back thru Evansville.

Now that's what I like to see.... "The F**king Man" Tony Kozina is back in Evansville! I could not agree more with Ike. I would love to see Brubaker,Zero G and Full Throttle make it down as well. This is the type of talent you need to build a company around! Along with Shank, JP, and of course Chuck Taylor! I would like to see these guys on a monthly bases with some other great indy workers peppered in! ala Christopher Daniels. I would love to see another Full Throttle vs. Zero G rematch! the first time was AWESOME!! Brubaker and Kozina would rule too! He** if you cant get Brubaker I wouldn't mind seeing Kozina vs. Metal Master (Chad Collyer)

JP vs. Shank AND Kozina...and Metal Master too??? This on top of Daniels vs. Chuck and Chase vs. Dreamer?? NOW we're talkin'!!! This is exactly what I like to see in an Evansville wrestling show! I agree that a Kozina vs. Brubaker match would be awesome and Zero G vs. Full Throttle would be nice too....especially since Zero G have only gotten better since the VIP days. They were pulling off moves I can't even describe at the CZW show in Lafayette back in March. Now, we just need to get Ricochet involved in the show too, since Taylor's already going to be here.
I'll be there in the front row...and here's some words I haven't said about a show in Evansville in a while....I can't wait!

I am worried that they will waste Kozina and Collyer or any one of the above mentioned guys and tag teams...I can see Kozina and Dirty Money now....Please god no....Zero G/Full Throttle 2 would be excellent!

Actually dirty money is a pretty good wrestler. Kozina would make him better I think. Dirty Money has been where a lot of guys want to be right now. Just because you guys haven't heard of him doesn't mean he isn't any good.
As a fan of live wrestling, I feel you shouldn't knock a show if you didn't bother showing up to it.

I've yet to see Dirty Money, so I won't pass judgment on him until after June 11th, but I do agree that I hope they don't waste Kozina or Collyer like that. Heck, put those two in a one-on-one match and I'd be an extremely happy CaveDweller!

You act like if you didnt go see MECW you havent seen Dirty Money. Ive seen him in CCW a few times and im just not a fan. His style bored the hell out if me. I dont consider 15 minutes of walking around the ring and 2-3 doing a few moves wrestling. Maybe if he actually gets in a mixes it up ok, but being hes playin the role of the bad guy i dont see it. I will to throw my hat in the dont waste Kozina group.

what yea----I have seen Dirty Money enough times to know I am not a fan of his...he was with OVW they came to Owensboro monthly....not trying to be an ass, but get your facts straight before you talk about him. As far as knocking a show that no one bothered to show up to, I myself as well as Ike have children, so just running off to a wrestling show isnt possible all the time....

After my last post, I pulled up a video of Dirty Money on You Tube and.....well, I can't say I was overly impressed. He's got a great look and in a way, his build reminds me a bit of Hotstuff Hernandez. However, what he has in looks is lost in his abilities. As Ike said, the match I saw was very slow and not very exciting. Granted, you can't judge a wrestler by one match, but in that one match, there was quite a bit of stalling and some rather sloppy moves, to say the least. But hey, I'll still give the guy the benefit of the doubt and see what he has to offer on the 11th. I just hope he's working a match with someone else I don't know much about that night!

This card is shaping up really good right now. I like that MECW is listening to the fans.
Daniels vs. Chuck Taylor sounds amazing. It will be cool to see Dreamer. And the undercard is starting to look really good, which is really important. JP vs. Shank will be good as always.
Kozina and Metal Master are awesome as well. I've never heard of Ryan Drago, but he looks pretty solid from those videos.
I have to say I'm not a fan of Dirty Money either. Granted when I saw him, he was working the monthly OVW shows where you have to wrestle the WWE style, I still don't see a lot in him. Hopefully he can prove me wrong, but I just don't see it. Please don't waste Kozina on him. I'm down for Kozina vs. Metal Master honestly.
And I 2nd the add Ricochet to the show comment.

I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with what MECW is doing with this show. They're getting a good balance between guys with a "name", such as Dreamer, Daniels and even Chase and mixing in younger talent who can really work matches and impress people who might not know who they are. In my opinion, this is where other companies in Evansville have dropped the ball in the past, either by relying to heavily upon the "old school" talent or booking nothing but wrestlers that fans who only watch wrestling on TV have never heard of. Plus, with this show, the "named" talent are guys who can still work great matches and will, hopefully, work with the younger talent and make them look good too without showing ego and squashing them. And on top of all this, you've got a match between two guys who, in my honest opinion, are the best local workers in Evansville, JP and Shank.
As for Drago, he's getting a LOT of buzz around the indies these days so I can't wait to see him in person. This show is sure shaping up to be a good one!

Definately pumped for the show, but where are you guys getting this info? Am I just missing it online, or is it word of mouth? I hear the word of mouth, but I don't see it confirmed anywhere that I'm aware of.

Hats off to MECW! As long as the show is booked properly, Evansville fans will see one helluva show! I'm interested in seeing the card, until then better sign up for their board....they deserve it.
