Ike stating your opinion on what you think is better is not in anyway facts. So you disagree with Ike's opinion that Lawler/Jarrett>Conway/Eugene? IS there any doubt? You really believe that NFW has any combination that is better than Chase/Chuck/Maverick? I can tell this guy is an NFW homer. Its obvious now.

Exactly. What does NFW have? Conway, Eugine or Burke headlining. The undercard consists of tons of backyard talent and guys like Vic The Brusier, TBolt, Master Rich. I dont have to say guys like Maverick, Taylor and Chase are better, their resume speaks for itself. You act like the undercard is unwatchable, yet you praise NFW. I found that a bit odd. Im no MECW mark, but some of the things being thrown around are just plain dumb. Who cares whos shows are better or whatnot. Its not like they are over here saying they are the best thing going. They are just getting word out about the show. If you dont like it, dont go. No reason to complain about it.

ike the main point i was trying to m.ake about MECW is that I love the top talent, I just don't know if they will be able to keep doing it every show. You start off on such a high point, like MECW is. Sustaining it for the long run I just don't see it. 100 % agree with you on NFW. Everytime I've went, I was wore out after match 6 or 7. Still have 7/8 more to go. Trust me I'm not bashing there card because so far it doesn't exist yet. Having 4 feds in evansville might not be a bad thing either. More competition, should make everyone else step up or just fall face first. Fans should be able to get see better talent from all. In the end, fans will win. Just maybe some on here are just objective to change is needed.

Wow Ike you really do think your god. I made the comment that your opinion is not fact and you keep on debating how it is. Since you want to debate. Conway, Eugene and Burke are better than Chase, Maverick, and Taylor in the fact that none of your guys ever made it on the big stage. Yes Chase was on smackdown as a JOBBER, Chuck can do acrobatics, and JD is what is referred to as a vanilla midget. Eugene was popular do to his ability to adapt a character that was profitable as well as rememberable, Conway was a solid midcard heel for several years earning himself enough money that he can pick and choose where he works, And Elijah Burke has proven to be profitable everywhere he works and for some reason everyone wants to book him. Do you want to comment on other Superstars that have graced NFW. Kid Kash, Abdullah the Butcher, Mitch Ryder, Bill and Jamie Dundee, Tracy Smothers, Brian Christopher, Pondo,( do I need to go on.) It is always funny how all you smart marks only praise a wrestler when he is not on NFW but you bashed him when they were there. Your opinion on who the best wrestlers always counters what everyone will pay to see. So as long as NFW books against what you want I guess they will stay profitable. Kinda depressing on your part isn't it.

truthful opinion, you just compared NFW Main Eventers to the guys MECW plans on using as mid card.
Ike's argument was this:
Jerry Lawler and Jeff Jarrett > Rob Conway and Eugene
See what he did there? Main Eventer vs Main Eventer
He then went on to say:
Chase, Chuck, Maverick > anyone else on NFW roster.
This guy is either John Rich or T-Bolt, Im convinced.

Someone is bitter. Since your IQ isnt high enough to understand what i was saying, let me break it down to you. Conway, Kash, Burke, Eugine all headline NFW. Chuck, Chase, JD arent headlining MECW. You said the undercard wasnt good at MECW. I simply was stating that i dont know how you can say that when your loyal to NFW. Theres no question in anyones mind that Jerry Lawler and Jeff Jarrett are bigger stars than anything NFW has ever had. Thats not the debate. The debate is on the undercard. The undercard at NFW is unwatchable. I got news for you, NFW doesnt draw because the guys on the undercard, it draws in spite of them. The people come to see the former WWE guys. Just like they wont come to see Chuck, Chase and JD at MECW. You could put Lawler and Jarrett on a card with midget retards and its gonna draw in Evansville. Im not knocking what NFW is doing. They draw a great crowd everytime but theres no question to me that they arent building any new stars. Take the WWE guys off their cards and the paying crowds would look like CCW.

Oh and by the way. The guys i like to watch, the Chris Heros, Davey Richards, Claudios, austin Aries, Kevin Steens, El Genericos, jimmy jaccobs draw just fine anywhere else across the country. Its not like im the only fans of guys who wrestle a new style. ROH does pretty good for itself. If ROH ran in Evansville then it prolly wouldnt draw. Do you think that makes them bad. Hell no. Not when they can go to LA, Chicago, Philly, NY and draw 500. Im just a misplaced wrestling fan. Sorry I like to watch people do wrestling moves aside from armdrag, armdrag, headlock, bodyslam, rollup. A perfect example was when IWA ran. Was i a moron for marking out for guys like Punk, Joe, Daniels, Aj Styles, evan borne, Abyss, chris Sabin. Obviously Evansville didnt understand that those guys are the future of this business. TNA and WWE obviously agreed with me. While evansville is busy living in the past, im looking to the future. Finding the next genetation of world champions!

I'm on either side here, but I did want to comment on one thing. New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia: Number 1, 2, 4, and 6 most populous cities in the United States. IkeTurner, you said ROH can draw 500 people there? That's kinda like a card in Evansville drawing 1 fan. Really rather unimpressive if you think about it.

Ike you are right I miss understood you about the mid card vs. main eventers, but you are wrong on one thing. NFW drew its biggest crowd without any former WWE wrestlers main eventing. I'll also admit that NFW's undercard has individuals that are the drizzling sh!ts, not all of them but some. At least they don't have Cody Strong, Dirty South Mob Squad or even worse CJ Popp. Also to clear things up, I am not Master Rich nor am I T-bolt Baxton.

I get your point Judge. However, im sure ROH is making some money or they'd be out of business right now. They also have a TV deal on HDnet. Id also argue that a card much like that of CCW, MECW, NFW wouldnt draw flies in those cities i mentioned either. Regardless of population.

If ROH ran in Evansville, I'm pretty much positive it wouldn't draw very well. I went to both of their shows in Indianapolis last year. The first one, back in March, drew pretty good. Best guess, I'd put in the crowd somewhere in the 400-500 range, and that even includes Scotty Vortekz, who was sitting two rows behind me. Ha ha! The second show, back in October didn't draw quite as well. I'd guess it was somewhere in the 300-400 range and the biggest majority of those people were people I have seen at IPW shows who enjoy seeing the same kinds of matches that I do. There wasn't many of your typical WWE, TNA or "old school" fans, so since that's pretty much all that's here in Evansville, I doubt they'd turn out for a show like that. In fact, I doubt ROH will be back in Indy. At the March show, they hyped the hell out of the fact they were coming back in Oct. At the end of the Oct. show, Dave Prazak just said, "Thanks for coming out....Bye!" and that was pretty much it, with not so much as a hint they'd be back.

I attended the Stylin' and Profin' ROH show in Collinsville, IL. last March when Flair debuted and the show drew about 800 fans. This card was the night before the March Indy show and they also were hyping the return to Collinsville on October 9, with Flair set to return. Well, as many know, Flair didn't honor the remainder of his ROH commitments and ROH had to scramble. Jim Cornette later joined ROH and Corny conducted a free Meet N Greet that night in Collinsville. The show drew 400 fans. Now with losing Nigel and Danielson to TNA and WWE, I believe ROH has been dealt a critical blow. IkeTurner, you mentioned ROH TV outlet being a strong point. Even with tv distribution, HDNet is only seen in 15 million households.

Yea, i hate to turn this into an ROH thread but i agree, losing Nigel and Dragon have really hurt their show quality as of late. That being said, there are new stars waiting in the wings. Davey Richards is on tap to have a huge year. Im not a huge fan of Tyler Black, so im hoping to see Aries retain the title. Guys like Steen and Rodrick Strong are also getting big pushes toward the top of the card. The Kings of Wrestling are back and will soon be atop the tag division again. ROH is just a breeding ground for future superstars. I think it helps them in the long run tho. Losing talent, then replacing them with fresh young talent keeps their shows fresh and always different. Keep your eyes on guys like Chuck Taylor, who isnt in the promotion yet, but he will be or a guy like Kenny Omega. Omega has future world champion potential. I guess that what i like the most about watching this type of westling. Watching the young guys go from nobodies, to being world champs. I watched Punk go from wrestling in front of 20 people in Clarksville Indiana, to watching him main event Summerslam and becoming world champion. Its fun to scout the young guys.
