I have read and heard Brian Acker challenge those who criticize the product he presents as CCW that if they think they could do better than do it. Well you should have been careful what you wished for. I haven't hidden behind my computer or sat in the audience and "ran my #*&%sucker". You see I have done something about it and I am accepting your challenge. As everyone knows by now I own the same 49% of CCW you do and I made sure my lawyers have earned me the rights that entails including booking wrestlers to appear at CCW. I know your brother always said that CCW belonged to the fans so instead of us backbiting each other I proposed we let the fans decide who is best for CCW. As now half owner of CCW I will be responsible for 1/2 the wrestlers booked for this show and you bring your best. At the end of the night we'll let the fans decide what is best for CCW. So without further bull@#&% I'll put my money where my mouth is: ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 8th, 2007 NEW ORDER ENTERTAINMENT in association with CCW PRESENTS
EMANCIPATION
Already confirmed to appear:
Independent Wrestling Stars including
From Nashville Derek King
***
From Texas and IWA-Deep South
Chuy Martinez and Hugh Rogue
***
From IWA-Midsouth, Ring of Honor, CHIKARA, and Combat Zone Wrestling
"Sweet 'n' Sour" Larry Sweeney
***
ALSO
Returning to Evansville
Claudio Castagnoli
You didn't really think it was a coincidence all that talent showed up in CCW the same time the rumors of a new owner surfaced did you?
***
PLUS
Making a LONG Awaited return to CCW
Claudio's Partner in "The Kings Of Wrestling"
Your Hero CHRIS HERO
***
Oh one thing Mr. Acker, don't have any plans for the Texas Hangman that night, cause I'm tired of seeing him manipulate the system and have things his way. So I talked my way into booking a SPECIAL opponent JUST FOR HIM.
Making his return to the Evansville Coliseum
Former USWA and WWE STAR
"GRAND MASTER SEXAY" BRIAN CHRISTOPHER Well for the Oboy who called me a "Big Talker", I hope this proves that my Big Talk is followed by Big Action. There Mr. Acker I've thrown down the gauntlet, give me your best shot cause I guarantee you are gonna get mine. Why Emancipation you ask? Because on the day we celebrate the anniversary of Lincoln's signing of the Emancipation Proclamation that abolished Slavery the Fans and Workers of CCW will finally be freed from the dictatorship that nearly destroyed one of the most storied venues in all of wrestling. Fans come prepared to celebrate! Your long wait is over.

Wow. Thats a huge line up. I for one am glad to see it. I said about a year ago that CCW needed a boost. I went to the 666 show in 2006 and it was terrible. This card looks more like the shows I am used to seeing at CCW. I can't wait. I will be bringing at least three people with me.

Insane man, big talk seems to have turned into big action. Bet your ass, the Oboys are going to be back in CCW to support shows like this. I just wanna thank the guys who are behind bringing us this talent. I have been going through Chris Hero withdraws, so it rocks that i can see him at my home, right there in the front row of good ol CCW. Just made my day. Peace!

hell yeah, I get to see Kings Of Wrestling three times in less than a week now when they both debut in Insanity Pro, then XCW Mid-West, and the next night here in CCW, this is going to be my greatest week of 2007, Hero's been out of my life too long, since February 2005

This is a King-Sized card. The new owner is making one hell of a statement. I don't suppose there would be any way you could push back this potentially awesome supershow, say maybe a week, Almost There? d**n the luck. I will be in Daytona Beach, Fl, that week. Oh well, good luck. And, Big Lee I am counting on you to post very descriptive results, sir. Bring an extra pen and paper. Ciao.

Well, I've finally found time to make it to the new Message Board. As Ike said, the O'boys will be there in full force for this show. It's about time CCW started bringing in some big names (even if it is only once a month). The new owner rules. The 666 show was awesome.
Not only do we get the Kings of Wrestling, but we also get freakin Larry Sweeney. Hell yeah. Message to new owner: If you can get Terry Bull back for this show, I would love to see Larry Sweeney vs. Terry Bull. If not, Tracy vs. Sweeney would be awesome too.

I know its kind of greedy to ask for more after we have been blessed with such an array of talent, but i noticed that the CCW hardcore legend, the Necro Butcher is going to be on Mitch's show on tuesday the 7th. It would be insane if we could get some Necro vs Corpral or something classic. I remember when CCW would feature technical matches for the entire card and end the show with great hardcore. "We do what the big boys are afraid to do"...that is a phrase CCW needs to bring back and Necro is just the man to bring it back.

Well I usually am the quite observant. However I cant sit back while my fellow oboys are mingling. I cant wait for the show. If Necro came back for the hardcore finale...like old school ccw. That would most definetly be sweet...hell i dont even care if he fights convic (no "t")..ok maybe thats going a lil' to far, Maybe I should say "hell I dont care if he even wrestles himself"..I would rather watch that than the convic (no "t")

Some bad news and some good news!
For those of you who think all you need is a lot of money to go your way, well sometimes it doesn't matter how much money you have things just go wrong. I was contacted by Chris Hero today and was told that due to an unforseen scheduling conflict he and Claudio Castagnoli would have to cancel their appearance at EMANCIPATION on August 8th in Evansville. In addition since they were all coming together from the east coast "Sweet 'n' Sour" Larry Sweeney will also be unable to attend. Believe me I am very unhappy to make this announcement, but sometimes things can't be helped. Now I could have let all who are planning to attend just come and tell them at the show about the cancellations. I'm sure that it may cost me some numbers in the attendance, but unlike the CCW of the past I plan on being totally honest with the fans. If I lose a few fans August 8th, I can look at the big picture and know that this action will go a long way to establish trust between the soon to be owner and the CCW fans. I have rescheduled and have been guaranteed by Chris Hero personally that he and Claudio will return to Evansville in September. I am currently negotiating with "Sweet 'n' Sour' Larry Sweeney also and he has agreed to a future appearance. So that is the bad news
I could sit and bemoan the fact that I have lost big talent for my showcase show, but I am a man of action so I did something about it.
Just Booked for EMANCIPATION

Man Last time Jimmy Jacobs was at the coliseum we got him to stop *hussin* and start sayin..."WHAT.....YEAH.....OKAY" (ala dave chapelle as lil' john) I swear if CCW would have released those tapes fans all over the world would have been chantin' that cadence when Jimmy Jacobs was in the ring.....so many great memories...when so much great talent roamed the coliseum!
